UHS PTO Volunteer Luncheon Cancelled
Due to scheduling conflicts the UHS PTO Luncheon for Thursday June 2 has been cancelled.

A HUGE UHS PTO Thank You
A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered at the After Prom.  The feedback we got from the kids was fantastic and appreciative.   Parents of underclassman, please consider volunteering next year.  After Prom is such an important event for the kids and they really do appreciate it, have a great time and enjoy it as a high school "bucket list" event to check off.    Some may have heard that it it is an overwhelming volunteering effort and in some regards it is- however- many hands make light work.  I heard from many parents who volunteered that they had a good time as well, and it was fun watching the kids enjoying themselves so much.

A huge thank you to you to the key committee chairs for the After Prom.  We appreciate your willingness to play such a large role in its success.

A special thank you to Jen Horne and Jenny Brucker for wearing so many hats for AP and for pulling it together as a whole as well as Carol Apicella for heading up the decorating teams.  Thank you to Sheila Himes for not only heading up food but offering to step in and assist in misc. areas as needed,  and lending your expertise.

Cheryl Smith has been the AP Treasurer for 3(?4???) years and is retiring this year as her youngest graduates.  (We will need to fill her role!)    Thank you Cheryl for so many years of support!

And… speaking of a lot of years of support- thank you to Dawn Talley who again played a key role in After Prom as well as the Cadden's who managed take down.   We couldn't have done it without you- thanks for your many years of service!

Thanks to so many of you who played key roles for the first time- Liz Scargle in Phone A Thon, Denise Avayou in Registration and Car Donation, Lynda Nadin in the program, Mike Maggitti with security, Kim Murray for walkthrough, Petra Gill- Steering Committee, Aparna Peri- Steering Committee, Kelli Siehl with publicity, Sherry Weir- Transportation and Heather Childs for hospitality.

Thanks again to you all and congratulations on a successful After Prom!
