After Prom Meeting
Please attend the After Prom Meeting  Monday , March 6th at 7:30 pm in the HS Cafeteria.  The After Prom will take place on May 20, 2017 from 11pm-5am, but it takes months of planning and hundreds of volunteers to put it all together.  Come see how you can get involved.  If you would like to help but are unable to attend the meeting, please contact Jen Horne at
After Prom Phone-a-thon
Community Service Hours may be earned at the After Prom Phone-A-Thon on  Thursday, March 2nd, and Tuesday, March 7th from 6:00-8:30 p.m. Students will be calling High School parents from the High School Office.  You will be given a script to follow when you make the calls. This is open to any student wanting to lend a hand in the After Prom Fundraising Task.  All students are welcome to participate. See attached sign-up sheet. After Prom Phone Sign-Up 2017.docx 
UHS Pennants
Support your UHS basketball team by buying Unionville pennants, currently on display in the school offices.
Pennants are for sale at all home UHS basketball games, at the UHS store by the cyber cafe  and can be ordered by mailing a check made out to UHS Basketball Hoopsters for $15 per pennant to Betty Kucharczuk - 16 Raven Drive Chadds Ford, PA 19317
**Please indicate if you want a pennant that is navy with gold letters or gold with navy letters.**
Include your phone number, email address and the school to which you would want the pennant delivered in the order. You may use the attached order form. Please email Betty ( with any questions.
The Lion King Jr.
Patton Middle School in conjunction with Carousel Performing Arts Center will be performing Disney's The Lion King, Jr.

Kennett Symphony's Annual Family Concert
Music From The Inside Out
The Kennett Symphony of Chester County, under the direction of Music Director, Michael Hall, will present Music From The Inside Out at its annual Family Concert on Sunday, March 12, 2017, 2 pm, at Henderson High School Auditorium, West Chester, PA. Please consider contributing to the Unionville-Chadds Ford Community Scholarship Fund. The scholarship is a grant of a stated amount of money collected annually from the school community by open solicitation. Its purpose is to award the worthy student who wishes to continue his/her education following graduation from ‪Unionville High School. The grant is for the first year of post-secondary work only and will be applied toward college costs (i.e., tuition, room and board). As many grants will be made annually as the treasury of the Community Scholarship can support.
You can have your student drop off the donation to the High School Office in an envelope marked UCF Community Scholarship. We accept cash, change or if you would like, a check made payable to UCF Community Scholarship Fund.

 2017 Unionville HS Production of "Mary Poppins" March 16 -17
UNIONVILLE HIGH SCHOOL PRESENTS: MARY POPPINS, the Broadway Musical  March 16TH, 17TH & 18TH at Unionville High School  7:30pm

Unionville High School is proud to present, Mary Poppins, with performances on March 16th, 17th and 18th at 7:30pm. The Broadway musical version of this beloved Disney classic will be brought to life for the community with an enchanting mixture of irresistible story, unforgettable songs, breathtaking dance numbers and astonishing stagecraft. Share in the magic as Mary flies and Bert climbs the walls!

The jack-of-all trades, Bert, introduces us to England in 1910 and the troubled Banks family. Young Jane and Michael have sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins arrives on their doorstep. Using a combination of magic and common sense, she must teach the family members how to value each other again. Mary Poppins takes the children on many magical and memorable adventures, but Jane and Michael aren't the only ones upon whom she has a profound effect. Even grown-ups can learn a lesson or two from the nanny who advises that "Anything can happen if you let it."

Online ticket sales begin February 27th at for $12. Tickets at the door are $14 adults/$12 students and senior citizens. Performances will be at Unionville High School, 750 Unionville Road, Kennett Square, PA 19348.
